Mind & Body
of Christ

Strengthening body and mind in service to Christ and His world.

A Catholic publishing studio creating works of formation for individuals and families.

Our Mission

Mind and Body of Christ is a Catholic publishing studio dedicated to the formation of individuals and families in body, mind, and soul.

We create editorial content, books, and tools rooted in the Catholic intellectual and spiritual tradition—accessible to all Christians, serious about the faith, and designed for daily life.

Our work is grounded in:

  • Daily prayer and meditation rooted in Catholic tradition
  • Self-discipline and physical formation ordered toward virtue
  • Mental fitness, resilience, and honest engagement with the struggles of daily life
  • The cardinal virtues as the foundation of Christian character
  • The responsibility to pass on the faith to the next generation

We believe the body matters. We believe the mind can be formed. We believe strength—rightly ordered—is a form of service to Christ and His Church.
